About Fellowship CRC

How do I get to Fellowship?

We're on the northwest corner of 44th and Ivanrest in Grandville, Michigan. You can also try Yahoo Maps or Google Maps.

What are your worship services like?

Worship is a dialog between God and God's people. Our services are dynamic, celebrative, and participatory and promote a strong sense of togetherness and community. Because the body of Christ is diverse, our services are diverse, using a blend of music, drama, scripture reading, preaching of the Word, offering our gifts to God, prayer, liturgy, and more.

What time are your worship services?

We have two worship services on Sunday, a morning service at 9:30 am and an evening service at 5:30 pm.

I want to come for a worship service. What can I expect?

We suggest that you arrive five to ten minutes before the service. Plenty of parking is available to the north and to the west of the church building. The best doors to enter are the glass double doors on the north or south side of the middle of the building. You will normally be greeted by one of our elders as you walk in the door.

We offer supervised child care for younger children, so bring the whole family! If you would like your children to sit with you during the service, feel free to bring along books or drawing pads for small children who might not be able to sit through an entire service.

If you are not familiar with worship services and would like some pointers during the service, just ask one of the elders (they have nametags on) and they can have someone sit with you during the service. Every service includes an offering where gifts are given to God. As a visitor, you are not expected to contribute. However, during this time, we would love to have you provide some information about yourself in the red fellowship folders which are passed down the row. If you provide your address, we will send you a letter about our church. If you start coming regularly, we'll connect you with a host family that can help you get to know others in the church and tell you about various church activities.

What if I have more questions or concerns?

Just give us a call. You can contact our church secretary at 616-532-2350. She'll put you touch with one of our staff, such as Pastor Phil Boender, or Pastor of Education and Discipleship, Barb Sanders, or Youth Director, Derrin Derrick. You can also email the church at secretary@fellowshipcrc.com.
